Great stay that ended with a bad Owner/Customer experience. Unfortunate.
Breakfast was superior, good variety. Hired staff was attentive and great!
Notwithstanding all the security cameras on the property, there are none in the garage and someone scraped our car. The Hotel Owner was not sympathetic to the issue, even though there is no other options for parking your car at the property. With all the "eyes" watching, installing 2-3 security cameras in the garage seems like a normal option.

Amazing stay! 10/10 Hospitality and great food :D! The views are indeed, quite breath-taking.
The hotel made the trip ever worthwhile. Magnificent views all around, first time in Italy with my brother. The hotel was conveniently located next to a bus stop and was easy to get to. Access to the dolomites was only a bus journey away too. The breakfast and dinner service were Superb, staff are very hard working and very friendly. I am currently trying to get some gains and the gym was very good and I used it through the entirety of the stay. My overall experience was great and I would rate the hotel at 11/10. Almost forgot it's a hotel with a spa so I suppose 12/10. Hope this is helps
Everything was great, to be honest, but if I had to say it would be that ONE (closest one to the bath) of the two soap dispensers didn't have soap in it. Also pretty pricey I suppose but I justified it.
